Mehriban, the third child in her family, has two older brothers. Her first brother suffered from leukemia at the age of 12 and passed away. Mehriban was born seven months after this event. Her mother believes these difficulties affected Mehriban's birth. The family's spirits were lifted with her arrival.
Although Mehriban had no major health issues at birth, she later needed some treatments. The family took her to Germany, Russia, and Turkey for medical care. Despite internal problems, they sought help for Mehriban's development and found the USG center. Her life changed at age five when she met Arzu Khanum and her team, leading her to self-discovery.
Her interest in drawing was discovered by her mother when she was five. Melak Khanum's coloring papers sparked this process. Despite initial challenges, she maintained her passion for drawing. Mehriban believes her talent for art is genetic, as her uncle is an architect and her brother has great manual skills.
Her earlier aggressive artworks have now been replaced with more positive and vibrant colors. She plans to share five paintings at an exhibition, including "Maleficent" (2022), "Face Torn Person" (2022), "Cemetery Book" (2023), "Girl in a Red Dress" (2024), and "Girl Among Trees" (2023).
Mehriban admires artists like Van Gogh, Leonardo da Vinci, and Claude Monet. She wishes to draw inspiration from books while maintaining her own style. She wants to learn about the feelings and thoughts of those who view her art.
Her mother takes pride in Mehriban's paintings and love for life, supporting her talent and noting that the beauty she creates strengthens the family.
