From 2014 to 2019, Ruhiyya Rustamova served at the Narinj Child Psychology Center, providing vital psychological support to adolescents as they navigated the complexities of their teenage years. Her work extended to supporting families as well, strengthening their emotional resilience and fostering harmony within the household.

Earlier in her career, from 2006 to 2010, Ruhiyya engaged in charitable efforts with the Umid Yeri Charitable Society, where she focused on improving the lives of children from underprivileged families. She worked to enhance their living conditions and provide essential resources, creating opportunities for a better future.

 

Between 2011 and 2013, Ruhiyya contributed to the Training and Education Center by preparing preschool-aged children for the school environment. Her efforts helped ease their transition and equipped them with the foundational skills needed for academic success.

 

Ruhiyya completed her bachelor’s degree at the Azerbaijan Teachers' Institute from 2005 to 2010. Later, from 2016 to 2020, she led training sessions for both parents and aspiring psychologists at the Institute of Psychology and Scientific Research, sharing crucial insights and skills to empower them in their roles.

 

Currently, Ruhiyya provides psychological support and specialized training to parents of children with special needs. She also leads a group at the Children’s Healthy Future Center, guiding teenagers with physical disabilities in building social skills and personal development, contributing to their holistic growth and well-being.
